- Yes, but a flicker fixer/Picasso/OS3.1 combination ought to get you most of
- the way there. Of those, only the Picasso is a big-ticket item. And there are
- a few second- hand GVP 030 cards around these days. The A2320 flicker fixer
- should be avalable 2nd-hand too.
